Remembering Congressman Mark Takai

Today is the fifth anniversary of his passing.

Mark passed away five years ago today on July 20, 2016. Future President Joe Biden reassured the Takai family that Mark will always be with them and that the day will come when Mark's memory brings a smile before a tear. Watch the video.
